Civil Service Collective Bargaining Agreement Updates

We are pleased to announce that the salary schedules and key changes to the recently updated CSEA Collective Bargaining Agreement are now available for your review.

While we finalize the formatting and printing of the new agreement, these resources provide a helpful overview of the updated terms and new salary schedules.

What’s Available:

  • New Salary Schedules: Reflecting the agreed adjustments, effective 9/1/2024.
  • Summary of Changes: Key updates to articles and Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) that have been memorialized under the new agreement, including language that has been revised and/or removed.

These documents are intended to ensure leaders and employees have the necessary information to understand the updates as we finalize and print the full agreement.

How to Access:

Navigate to the myMCC portal and follow this path:  Employee Home > Human Resources > Union/Contract Resources > Union Contracts 

Next Steps:

The fully-ratified, full version of the NEW agreement will be uploaded and distributed to employees as soon as it is available.
